Truthfully, I’m not a fitness trainer by trade.
But I get results. For myself, and my past clients.
Really, I help people get in the best shape of their lives because I like doing it.
And this blog may be a bit silly, it’s my way of just having fun with fitness, nutrition, and living life to its fullest potential. But what I isn’t silly is our past results.
I can help you get to where you want to be, and I can do it in a very little amount of time a week.
Why?
Well first off, online personal training isn’t my “livelihood” I have other things in life I really enjoy and that make much much more money. So I can’t spend all my efforts on this. And that’s actually good for you. Because I tell you what you need to know. Keep you on track, and answer your questions. And I do it without a bunch of fluff.
You get results, in a short time, no extra junk involved.
I also don’t make as much money as I could with this, because truthfully, I don’t accept anyone as my client. I can’t help you if you’re not serious, so I won’t take you on as my client if you aren’t. Don’t think you can fool me either. I know if you’re committed.
I’ll also drop you as a client if I feel like your slacking. I don’t need your business, so I can be like that. Period.
I’m not going to be your babysitter, but I will get you to where you want to be.
Honestly, I can help you reach your goals while eating pretty much any type of diet you’d like. I’ve even written a book about how to eat what you want and still lose weight. That being said, I don’t recommend that approach.
Personally, on average, I don’t eat any grains, I limit my sugar, keep my carbs low, limit my omega 6 fatty acids, and balance them with omega 3 fatty acids. I keep my protein high, and my fat even higher. That’s what I believe is the ideal diet. If that doesn’t work for you… then that’s OK. But I would like to see you be on something similar.
Here’s some success stories. (You’ll see a reference to Yummy Fitness in the stories below because I used to call my program “Yummy Fitness.” I don’t anymore, because I don’t favor the “eat whatever you want and still lose weight” philosophy. While I can make it work for you, it’s simply just not the most healthiest thing to do.)
